Welcome to Sunset Trace. Sunset Trace is a guard-gated subdivision of Martin Downs in
Palm City. The community is comprised of townhomes and attached villas, many with preserve
or lake views. Located in the heart of Palm City, minutes from the Florida Turnpike
and I-95. Our community stands out above the others for many reasons.
Residents have 2 pools to choose from. The Olympic Size swimming pool
is heated while the other pool is right next to the playground.
Residents have sidewalks to help them navigate walking the community, safely.
Our Association prides itself on keeping residents informed and the grounds beautiful.
