Sunset Trace residents enjoy two swimming pools. The Olympic sized pool, located near the Sunset Trace Office, is heated year round. Residents can also get their swim on at the pool located next to the playground. This area also has our Clubhouse, available to rent.
We have tennis courts, basketball courts, handball courts, and bike racks as well. Our current association dues cover items such as, common area lawn care, basic cable, and a manned guard gate.
